Billing + plans

OraTek bills per active seat, monthly. Payments handled by Stripe.

Tiers

Manage your subscription

  1. Account → Billing.
  2. Click Open billing portal. We hand you off to Stripe's Customer Portal.
  3. From there: update card, change plan, add/remove seats, download invoices, cancel.

Adding a seat

Two paths:

Failed payments

If your card fails, you'll get retry emails on day 1, 3, and 7. The org enters past-due state — reps can still read but can't write. After 14 days the org is suspended (read-only freeze). Update the card in the billing portal to resume immediately.

Cancellation

Cancel from the billing portal. Your org keeps full access through the end of the current billing period. After that it converts to Free tier (limits kick in but no data is deleted). To fully remove your data, use Settings → Data rights → Delete organization.

Annual prepay: Pro tier is available annually for 2 months free (effectively $40 / seat). Contact sales@oratekdx.com.
