Inviting your team

OraTek is invite-only. Only an admin (or anyone they delegate to) can add new members. Reps can't self-register into an existing org.

Send an invite

  1. Open Account → Team (or click "Manage Teams" from the Org Chart).
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Enter their work email and pick a role.
  4. Optionally assign a team and a direct manager. Both show up in the org chart and drive permissions.
  5. Send. They get an email with a setup link valid for 7 days.

Roles

The hierarchy

Each user can have a manager_id pointing to another user in the same org. The Org Chart view (sidebar → Org Chart) renders this as a 4-level visual tree. Drag a person under a new manager to reparent. Cycles are blocked.

Bulk invites: if you have 20+ people to invite, ping us — we'll do a CSV upload directly into your org rather than ask you to click 20 times.

Revoking access

Account → Team → click a member → Disable. They keep their data attribution (audit log, deals they closed) but can't sign in. Re-enable any time.
