Your kanban view of every open deal, organized by stage. Drag cards across columns, customize column names, or add stages specific to your business.
Default stages
Lead — net-new contact, not yet qualified.
Qualified — confirmed budget / authority / need.
Proposal — quote sent.
Negotiation — back-and-forth on terms.
Closed Won / Closed Lost — terminal.
Moving deals
Drag a card from one column to the next. The contact's deal_stage updates immediately and the change appears in the activity feed + leaderboard + audit log.
Customizing stages (admin)
Settings → Pipeline categories.
Click Edit Sales Pipeline (or Recruiting).
Rename, recolor (color picker), reorder (↑↓ arrows), or hide built-in stages. The underlying stage key never changes, so existing data keeps working.
Click + Add stage to create a custom stage. Pick a name + color. New stages get a fresh stage_key and appear in the kanban + dropdowns.
Save. Changes apply org-wide for every rep on next render.
Stage names must be unique — the editor refuses to save if two columns have the same name. Empty names are blocked too.
Deleting custom stages
Custom stages can be deleted from the editor (red trash icon). Deals currently in that stage keep their stage value but won't appear in the kanban — they'll show up in search_leads with that stage as their key, so nothing's lost.
Filtering the kanban
Top of the pipeline view has a search field. Type a company / contact name and the kanban filters live.
