Pivot-style group-by reports across two datasets: Deals (your contacts table with deal_stage + deal_value) and Tasks.
Open it
Settings → Reports builder. (Visible to everyone — reps see only their own scope, managers see their team, admins see the org.)
Pick three things
Dataset — Deals or Tasks.
Group by — for Deals: stage / owner / company / industry / label / state. For Tasks: department / category / priority / owner / status.
Metric — Deals: count, sum of deal value, average deal value. Tasks: count, overdue count.
Click Run report. Results render as a horizontal bar chart, sorted descending.
Common combinations
Deals × stage × sum_value — your pipeline distribution by dollars.
Deals × owner × count — leaderboard by deal count.
Deals × label × sum_value — how much of your pipeline is "hot" vs "follow-up later".
Tasks × department × overdue_count — where ops bottlenecks live.
Tasks × owner × count — workload distribution across the team.
Limits today: single dimension at a time (no two-dimensional pivots yet), top 200 groups, no save-and-share. A two-dimension pivot + saved reports are on the roadmap. For now you can screenshot or ask Julie to summarize a report's results in chat.
Export
Coming soon — for now, right-click the chart to save the bar values, or ask Julie to write a summary based on the report. Full CSV export ships next.
