Signing up + first run

This walks the first admin from "I just heard about OraTek" to "my reps are using it." Total time: about 8 minutes.

1. Create the organization

  1. Go to oratekdx.info/register.html.
  2. Fill in Company name, your name, work email, and a password (10+ characters).
  3. Submit. You'll land in the onboarding wizard inside the CRM.
Heads up: we send a verification email. You can use the CRM immediately, but click the link in your inbox within 48 hours to confirm.

2. Walk the onboarding wizard

The wizard runs through four optional connect steps. You can skip any of them and finish later from Settings → Setup checklist.

3. Choose your pipeline shape

OraTek ships with a sales pipeline (Lead → Qualified → Proposal → Negotiation → Closed Won/Lost) and a recruiting pipeline (Sourced → Phone Screen → Onsite → Offer → Hired). Both are customizable from Settings → Pipeline categories: rename columns, change colors, reorder, add custom stages.

5. Invite your team

Account → Team → Invite member. Choose a role (rep / marketer / manager / director / admin) and optionally a team + manager. They get an invite email; once they accept, they appear in the org chart and leaderboard. Full invite guide.
